This charming boutique hotel is located close to the bay of Paraty and the picturesque Santa Rita Church, the oldest religious building in town. Recreating the façade of an old XVIIIth century town house, which was destroyed by fire thirty years ago, it has been lovingly restored with utmost care and consideration for the original architecture in true colonial style.

Each of the 9 luxury and master suites has its own colour theme and have been attentively decorated in keeping with the style of the property. The White Suite has a little balcony that overlooks the cobbled streets below and the nearby church, while the Green Suite is a large and secluded attic room with roof top views which is perfect for families. All rooms are air conditioned and have a minibar with complimentary soft drinks. A pair of complimentary Havaianas are provided for each guests on check in.

A comfortable lounge area adjacent to an internal courtyard with swimming pool, and a cosy library is the perfect place for relaxation, perhaps accompanied with the colourful house cocktail ‘Turquesa’. There is no restaurant at the property, however snacks and afternoon tea is provided daily in the lounge area, where breakfast is also served.

The location of the property is well suited for exploring the small historical centre and is just a stones-throw from the pier from where the many boats exploring Paraty bay leaves. The quiet location makes this is the ideal place for a honeymoon getaway, or for a few days of tranquillity away from Brazil’s larger cities.
