Hub PorteñoBuenos Aires, Argentina
With its opening in 2012 this old Argentinian Mansion has been converted into a new and stylish boutique hotel and is one of our favourites in Buenos Aires.
Designed to make you feel that you are staying in a private home, there is no reception desk and the personal service is discreet but efficient. The décor blends antique with contemporary furniture and the eleven rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with handcrafted pieces designed by local artisans.
We can help to arrange exclusive experiences for guests here to enable you to better understand the city and culture of Buenos Aires. Options include an immersion into La Nueva Cocina Argentina, including a history of influences, time in the kitchen with a top chef, wine tasting and a tasting menu; Decoding the Tango which includes a history of the dance, a chance to buy your own handmade tango shoes, a lesson and a trip to a Milonga; or a 3 day experience to truly understand Argentinian Polo: from Gaucho to the Argentinian Open, which will introduce you to the art of horse-whispering, coach you on your first polo lessons and allow you to watch your first match and mingle with the players afterwards.
Located in Recoleta we enjoyed being within easy reach of the city’s parks, best restaurants and museums. The staff are delightful and will work with you to ensure that you are immersed in the city’s culture and traditions during your stay.
