Due to open at the end of 2017, the 11 standard villas and 1 master villa here will be situated just 15 minutes from the Iguazú falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Each of the villas is placed on stilts to minimise environmental impact and positioned to give you privacy, but with easy access to the main lodge housing a restaurant and bar. They all have spacious living areas, plunge pools and outdoor showers, with the master lodge having more space and a larger plunge pool making it ideal for larger groups and families.
Each villa will be allocated a private guide and 4×4 for the duration of your stay, giving you access to knowledge of the area and complete freedom to personalise your activities. Of course, the 3km waterfall system is a must-see, but the freedom to venture further afield to visit archaeological sites, go jungle trekking and see the flora and fauna of the area is a major appeal of staying at the Awasi. They are currently working with a team of biologists to develop a series of jungle excursions that make the most of this amazing location.
